♦ Inner wall treatment, spray epoxy resin or polyurethane coating, thickness ≥ 200μm, acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
♦ S andblasting and rust removal, spray anti-rust primer + polyurethane topcoat, suitable for complex outdoor environments.
♦ T he tank body welding must use argon arc welding or laser welding to ensure that the weld is uniform and free of pores.
♦ Annealing treatment is required after welding to eliminate welding stress and avoid deformation and cracking.
♦ For tank body welding, the weld must pass flaw detection (such as X-ray or ultrasonic testing).
♦ Wave-breaking plates (bulkheads) are installed to reduce the impact of liquid sloshing on the stability of the Howo sewage tank truck.
